This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all donations and payments made through the website of OM PRAKASH CHAURASIYA SOCIAL WELFARE TRUST (“the Trust”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Nature of Donations

OM PRAKASH CHAURASIYA SOCIAL WELFARE TRUST is a non-profit charitable organization. All payments made on this website are treated as voluntary donations intended to support our social welfare, health, education, and community development programs.

2. No Refund Policy

Donations once made are non-refundable
Donations cannot be cancelled or reversed after successful payment
Donated funds are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare activities

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate transaction due to technical error
Amount debited but transaction failed
Incorrect amount debited due to payment gateway error

All such requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of transaction.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment
Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway policies
The Trust will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers

6. Tax Benefits

If a donation receipt or tax benefit has already been issued, refunds may not be applicable
Donors are advised to confirm details before completing the donation
